An analysis of the divisions between the formal and semantic properties of images.
Using modified image recognition software, a database of well-known photographs was used as a basis for comparison against the artist's personal library of digital photographs. Every possible combination was compared and assigned a percentage value. High-ranking matches were then selected and presented as diptychs and annotated with the images' similarity index.
